AI RECEPTIONIST &

AI Receptionist & AI Sales Agent for Small Businesses

Most small businesses don't lose work because their marketing failed. They lose it because nobody picked up. The call comes in while you're on a job, in a chair, or with a patient — and by the time you ring back, the caller has already booked with whoever answered first.

We provide two systems that close that gap. An AI inbound receptionist that answers every call and text the moment it arrives, and an AI SDR that goes out and works your leads, quotes, and past customers. Both run on your existing phone number, book into your existing calendar, and leave you a clean written record of every conversation.

We're based in Canada and work with service businesses in Winnipeg and across Canada and the US. It's built for the owner who is also the technician, the clinician, or the person doing the work — and for small teams of two to twenty. Take one or both; they're sold separately and run independently.

THE TWO SYSTEMS

The Two Systems We Provide

1. AI Inbound Receptionist

Answers your business line on the first ring, every hour of the day. It greets the caller in your business's name, answers the questions you get asked constantly — hours, location, pricing ranges, what you do and don't handle — captures the caller's name, number, and reason for calling, and books them straight into your calendar when that's what they want.

It covers the text side too: replies to inbound SMS, texts back automatically when a call is missed, keeps the thread going until the person books or opts out, and asks happy customers for a review after the job is done. Anything it can't handle is escalated to you with a summary, not a voicemail.

2. AI SDR (Outbound Sales Agent)

Works the leads you already have but never get around to. It calls and texts new enquiries within minutes, chases unaccepted quotes on a schedule you set, reactivates past customers who are due for service, and follows up on no-shows and cancellations.

Every conversation is logged, every reply routed to you, and anyone who asks to stop is removed immediately. It doesn't pretend to be a person — it identifies itself, and its job is to get a qualified human conversation onto your calendar.

📞

Inbound and outbound texting on your business number, handled end to end.

🔁

Follow-Up Sequences

New enquiries, unaccepted quotes, no-shows and past customers chased on a schedule.

Review Requests

A review ask goes out automatically after the job is done, at the right moment.

📅

Appointment Booking

Books callers and texters straight into your real calendar, with reminders.

📇

Lead Record & CRM

Every call, text, and booking stored in one place you can actually read.

📊

Monthly Reporting & Tuning

A plain report each month, plus adjustments to how the AI answers.

BUILT FOR OWNER

Built for Owner-Operators and Small Teams

This suits businesses where the owner is also doing the work, and where one missed call is a real job lost. Typically two to twenty people, a single location or a small crew, and a phone that rings while everyone is already busy.

Dental & Orthodontic

Front desk is with a patient or on another line. New-patient calls get answered, booked, and reminded instead of going to voicemail.

Physio, Chiro & Massage

Bookings, rescheduling, and cancellation backfill handled by text, so an empty slot gets offered to someone on the list.

Veterinary & Pet Care

Routine questions and appointment requests handled automatically; genuinely urgent calls escalated to a person straight away.

Trades — Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical

Calls answered from the van or the job site, quotes chased without you sitting down at night to do it.

Solar & Home Improvement

Long sales cycles with quotes that go quiet. Automated follow-up over weeks keeps the estimate alive instead of dead in an inbox.

Salons, Med Spas & Clinics

Booking, reminders, and review requests running in the background while your staff are with clients.

Self-Employed Professionals

Consultants, accountants, and advisors who can't take a call mid-meeting but can't afford to miss one either.

Small Service Companies

Cleaning, landscaping, pest control, auto repair — recurring work where past-customer reactivation is the cheapest lead source you have.

HOW SETUP WORKS

How Setup Works

Setup is done for you. You give us the answers once, we build and test it, and you approve before anything goes live on your real number.

Prefer to hear it before deciding? Ask for a demo call and we'll show you the receptionist answering a live call on a test number, using your business's details.

01

Discovery Call

45 minutes

We go through how calls reach you now, what people ask most, what you do and don't take on, your hours, and how you want urgent calls handled.

02

Build the Script & Connect

3–5 days

We write the answers in your wording, connect your phone number, calendar, and messaging, and set the follow-up timing and escalation rules.

03

You Test It

2–3 days

You call and text it yourself on a test line and tell us what to change. Nothing touches your real number until you're satisfied with how it sounds.

04

Go Live

1 day

We switch it onto your business line. Your number doesn't change and you keep the ability to answer manually whenever you want.

05

Monthly Tuning

Ongoing

We review what it was asked, fix any wrong answers, and update pricing, hours, and services as your business changes.

Plans From $500/Month

Each system — the AI receptionist or the AI SDR — starts at $500/month, plus a one-time setup fee for the build. Take both and we price the bundle together. The monthly fee covers the AI, your dashboard, monthly tuning, and support.

SMS & Call Usage Billed at Cost

Text messages and call minutes carry a small carrier cost, billed by usage — for a typical small business this is minimal, usually a few dollars to a few tens of dollars a month depending on volume. There's nothing to manage: once it's set up, everything runs automatically and you just read the monthly report.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between the AI receptionist and the AI SDR?

The receptionist is inbound — it answers calls and texts that come to you. The SDR is outbound — it calls and texts leads, open quotes, and past customers on your behalf. They're separate systems and you can take either one on its own, or both together.

Does it sound like a robot?

It holds a normal spoken conversation, handles interruptions, and doesn't read from a menu. It won't pass as a specific human and we don't set it up to try — it identifies itself as an assistant. Book a demo and judge it for yourself before committing.

Do I need a new phone number?

No. It runs on your existing business number. Your number stays exactly as it is on your van, your listings, and your Google profile, and you can still answer manually whenever you're free.

What happens if it can't answer a question?

It says so rather than guessing, takes the caller's details, and escalates to you — by text, call transfer, or both, depending on what you set up. Anything you flag as urgent goes straight through to a person.

Does it work with my calendar and booking system?

It connects to Google Calendar, Outlook, and most common booking tools, and respects your service durations, buffer times, and blackout hours. If you already use a CRM, leads can be pushed there instead of into ours.

Is automated texting allowed under Canadian rules?

Canada's anti-spam legislation governs commercial electronic messages, including SMS, and generally requires consent plus clear identification and a working unsubscribe. We set the system up to identify your business, honour opt-outs immediately, and treat inbound enquiries as the consent basis for replying. We're not lawyers — if your situation is unusual, confirm your obligations with one.

How long does setup take?

Usually one to two weeks from the discovery call to going live, most of which is you testing it and telling us what to change. Nothing goes onto your real number until you approve how it sounds.

Can I turn it off or take over a conversation?

Yes, at any time. You can answer a call before the AI does, jump into any text thread manually, or pause the whole system for a day. It's a layer on top of how you already work, not a replacement for it.

What does it cost?

Plans start at $500/month per system, plus a one-time setup fee. SMS and call minutes are billed at carrier cost based on usage — minimal for a typical small business. We confirm the exact price after the discovery call, once we know your volume and how complex the answers need to be.

I'm a one-person business. Is this overkill?

Usually the opposite. A solo operator is the person most likely to be mid-job when the phone rings, with nobody else to catch it. If you're losing even one or two jobs a month to unanswered calls, the maths tends to work out quickly.
