This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you use our website or work with us, and what we do with it. Yabuh Ltd is a small company — we keep this simple because our approach to your data is simple: we collect only what we need to reply to you and do the work, and we don't sell it to anyone.

Who we are

Yabuh Ltd provides IT services (managed IT support, help desk, cyber security, staffing, and recruitment), digital services (website development, app development, digital marketing, SEO, and AI automation), and AI business assistant services (reception, lead management, and content). You can reach us any time at support@yabuh.com.

What we collect

When you fill in a form on our site — contact, quote, booking, careers, or partner forms — we receive what you type: usually your name, email, phone number, company name, and your message. If you apply for a job, we also receive the CV you attach. Like most websites, our server also records basic technical logs (such as pages visited and browser type) that help us keep the site running and secure.

What we use it for

We use your information to reply to you, prepare quotes, deliver the services you've asked for, and keep in touch about your project. Career applications are used only for hiring. We don't use your details for anything unrelated, and we don't send marketing emails you didn't ask for.

What we never do

We never sell your personal information. We never share it with advertisers. We never use client or customer information to train AI models. We only share it with the small set of tools we use to run our business, and only as needed to serve you. Those providers have their own strong security and privacy standards.

Google Business Profile and connected accounts

Some of our clients ask us to look after their Google Business Profile, their Google Search Console, or their social media pages. When they do, they connect those accounts themselves using Google's or the platform's own permission screens. We never ask anyone for a password.

Where a client connects a Google account, our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use that information only to provide the service the client asked for — publishing posts they have approved, replying to reviews they have approved, updating their business details, and preparing their performance reports. We don't use it for advertising, we don't sell it, and we don't use it to train AI models.

Clients can disconnect us at any time, either from inside our platform or directly in their Google or platform account settings. When they do, our access stops immediately.

Phone calls and text messages

For clients who use our AI reception service, calls to their business number may be answered by an automated assistant. Callers are told at the start of the call that they are speaking to an assistant and that the call is recorded. Recordings and written transcripts are kept so the business can follow up properly.

We only send text messages to people who have agreed to receive them — by ticking a box on a form, by texting the business first, or by agreeing during a call. Every message identifies the business it comes from, and replying STOP stops them permanently.

Cookies

Our site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies to make the site work properly (for example, remembering your language or theme choice) and to understand roughly how the site is used so we can improve it. We don't use invasive tracking.

The tools we use

To run our services we rely on a small number of providers: Microsoft 365 for email, Hostinger for hosting, Supabase for our database and file storage, Twilio for phone calls and text messaging, and OpenAI for AI features. Each holds information only as needed to do its part, and each has its own security and privacy standards.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and project information for as long as we're working together and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back or we need records for accounting. Call recordings are deleted after 90 days. Call transcripts and message history are kept for two years. Job applications we don't take forward are deleted within a reasonable time.

Keeping it safe

Our website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to our systems is limited to the people who need it, and passwords and keys are stored securely. No system on the internet is perfectly secure, but we take sensible, up-to-date precautions.

Your choices

It's your information. Email support@yabuh.com at any time and we'll tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We'll act on your request promptly.
