These are the terms for using our website and working with us. We've written them in plain language on purpose — if anything is unclear, just ask us at support@yabuh.com before you buy anything.
Who we are and what we do
Yabuh Ltd provides IT services (managed IT support, help desk, cyber security, IT staffing, and global recruitment), digital services (website development, app development, digital marketing, SEO, and AI automation), and AI business assistant services (reception, lead management, and content). Details, inclusions, and prices for each service are shown on this website or in the written quote we send you.
Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on the site — including our pricing calculator — are honest starting points in Canadian dollars. Your final price is the one we confirm to you in writing before work begins. Ongoing services (like hosting, SEO, or social media management) renew on the schedule we agree, and either side can cancel with reasonable notice.
Payments
For project work we typically take a deposit to begin, with the balance due as agreed — usually on delivery. Ongoing services are billed monthly or yearly as agreed. If an invoice goes unpaid well past its due date, we may pause work or services until it's settled — we'll always talk to you first.
What we need from you
Good work needs your input: content, images, feedback, and timely approvals. If you supply materials (logos, photos, text), you confirm you have the right to use them. Delays on either side move timelines — we'll keep you posted, and we ask the same.
AI assistant services
If you use our AI reception, messaging, or content services, a few things are worth being clear about. The assistant answers calls and messages on your behalf, and it tells people it is an assistant. It works from the information you give us — your services, prices, hours, and policies — so keeping that information current is your responsibility, and we can't be responsible for an answer based on details that changed without being updated.
You remain the sender of any message or post published under your business name, and you are responsible for the consent of the people you message. We build the system to identify your business, honour opt-outs immediately, and treat an inbound enquiry as the basis for replying. Content the assistant drafts is yours to approve before it is published, and you can pause the whole system at any time.
AI is very good but not perfect. It can occasionally misunderstand a caller or get a detail wrong, which is why every call is logged and transcribed, and why anything it can't handle is passed to you. We are not lawyers — if your industry has specific rules about recording, consent, or advice, please confirm your obligations with a professional.
Who owns the work
Once your project is fully paid, the final deliverables are yours — your website, your content, your brand, your data. We keep the right to mention you as a client and show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to, and any general tools, code libraries, or know-how we use across projects remain ours.
Revisions and support
Every quote states what revisions are included. After delivery, we fix genuine bugs in what we built at no charge for a reasonable period. New features, content changes, and ongoing maintenance are available under a care plan or quoted separately — no surprises.
Being realistic
We do excellent work, and we're honest about limits: we can't guarantee a specific Google ranking, a specific amount of new business, or that third-party platforms (hosting providers, social networks, phone carriers, AI tools) will never have outages. Where our services depend on third parties, their terms also apply.
If something goes wrong
If we make a mistake, tell us and we'll put it right — that's always our first answer. Our responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. We're not responsible for indirect losses like lost profits.
Ending an engagement
You can cancel a project or ongoing service with written notice. You pay fairly for work completed up to that point; we hand over what's been done and paid for. If we manage a phone number for you, we'll ask what you want done with it before we do anything, because a released number can't be recovered. We may end an engagement in the rare case of abuse, non-payment, or a request to do something unlawful.
The legal bits, briefly
Using this website doesn't create a client relationship by itself — a project starts when we both confirm it in writing. These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. If we ever update these terms, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
