A new B2B marketplace aimed to connect equipment rental vendors with contractors. The client wanted an app-first product that allowed vendors to upload listings and customers to book, pay, and manage orders in one place.

Yabuh’s Development Process

We started with wireframes and workflows designed in Figma, then moved into Flutter-based mobile app development for Android and iOS. Core features included:

• Booking calendar with real-time availability
• Vendor and customer dashboards
• Payment checkout with transaction history
• Push notifications and rental reminders
• Google Maps for location-based browsing

An admin panel allowed the client to approve listings, track payments, and view analytics.

Launch & Results

The MVP was launched in 9 weeks and received strong feedback:

• 1,500+ downloads within the first month
• 90% of users completed full registration
• 130 bookings processed within 30 days
• 4.9/5 rating on the Google Play Store
• International signups from UAE, India, and Canada

We also delivered post-launch support for analytics setup and app store optimization.
